The Saint-Lambert Locks Rugby Club is a community-based rugby club located in the heart of Saint-Lambert, on the South Shore of Montreal. Our club was founded by John Jones in 1984. Since then, we have grown into a thriving club with a dedicated membership of players and coaches who are committed to promoting the sport of rugby in our community.

At Saint-Lambert Locks Rugby Club, we believe that rugby is more than just a sport. It is a way of life that teaches discipline, respect, and teamwork. Our goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for players of all ages and skill levels to learn and grow as rugby players and individuals.
No experience required. We look forward to seeing many new faces in 2023. If you wish to play you require the following: spirit!
OUR MISSION
Our mission at Saint-Lambert Locks Rugby Club is to promote the sport of rugby in our community by providing a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for players of all ages and skill levels to learn and play the game.
We are committed to:

Developing the skills and knowledge of our players and coaches through ongoing training and education;

Fostering a sense of community and teamwork both on and off the field;

Encouraging participation in rugby at all levels, from recreational to competitive;

We believe that rugby is a sport for everyone, and we welcome players of all backgrounds and abilities to join us on our journey to promote and grow the sport of rugby in Saint-Lambert and beyond.
